OpenBic is hosting as essay contest for youth sailing programs that may get them free boats for 2010. Submit an essay of 300 words or less, explaining why the OpenBic would be a good fit for the program, and the two winning programs will each receive a 6-boat fleet on loan for the 2010 season!
